  • Claire Loftus will explore engagement, leadership and the importance of company culture in creating an engaged and motivated workforce.
  • Colly Graham will share his story of how he turned his life around

About our speakers

Sinead’s entrepreneurial journey began when, as partner of a law firm and mother of young twins she found herself suffering burnout with extensive work and family commitments. She now runs her own successful coaching practice and is on a mission to empower women to implement positive change in their personal and professional lives. Her areas of expertise are Stress Management. Burnout. Self Awareness and Inner Balance. Life Transition and Change. Personal Growth and Development and Personal Transformation. Sinead helps her clients surpass their own limiting beliefs and transforming every aspect of their lives through Mindfulness, Self Compassion and Growth Mindset.

Claire is passionate about helping people and businesses be the best they can be. With over a decade’s experience across various sectors her roles have had a particular focus on employee engagement and wellbeing, employee relations and day to day HR partnering. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has a sound academic foundation with a First Class Honors Degree in HR Management, Top HR Management Student Award and Masters in HR Management, in additionshe has a qualification in Coaching from Queens University and am the first licensed Engage & Grow Coach in Northern Ireland.

Colly has had an interesting journey in life, from being hospitalised three times before the age of twenty-two with depression, living penniless on the streets of London, prison and  abusing alcohol and drugs, Colly turned his life around and has been clean and sober for over forty years. Colly has been running his own training business for twenty-two years and now travels the world as an international sales trainer, delivering training in places such as Singapore, Dubai, Mauritius, Bangkok, Sydney and Melbourne Australia as well as UK and Europe.
