The programme offers a package of support to anyone interested in setting up a business, full-time or part-time.
It has been designed to support all kinds of new business ventures by providing hands-on support, training and guidance which are vital for business development.
The programme consists of four main elements:
A Business Advisory Service - You will be provided with the services of an expert business adviser who will work with you on a one-to-one basis.
A Business Training Course - The course will comprise of modules designed to help you understand the practicalities of running a new business. In particular it will highlight sales and marketing, financial management, legal and statutory issues, general business practices and ICT support.
Financial Planning Service - We will help you to decide how much money you will need to start the business and explore all potential sources of funding. This will include access to finance, including grants and loans.
Completed Business Plan - The programme will provide support for you, working alongside your business advisor to draw up a realistic and achievable business plan.
