Conferencing Facilities
Situated close to the M1 motorway and just 25 minutes outside of Belfast and 90 minutes from Dublin the contemporary conference facilities at CIDO i2 Innovation Centre are an ideal location for all of your business events and meetings.
We offer 3 different types of quality rooms to hire. Each option can be customised to meet your individual needs. Room hire is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with flexible booking arrangements in place for full day or half day. Take advantage of our excellent administrative support services, Wi-fi connectivity capabilities, equipment hire, onsite parking facilities, disabled access, pleasant surroundings and attention to detail, all if which will contribute to the success of your event/meeting. Refreshments and catering facilities are also available freshly prepared onsite by prior arrangement.
Conference Room
The conference room provides a pleasant and professional environment in which to host conferences, exhibitions, training courses and a wide variety of business functions.
The conference room can hold up to 50 delegates and can also be split into three to allow for smaller meetings/exhibitions.

Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is a smaller room which can hold up to 12 delegates seated around the table for all those smaller meetings you may have.
This room is equipped with the following services at no additional cost
- Pull down screen which can be projected unto from table height
- Wireless Internet connection
- Car Parking

Interview Room
The Interview Room is ideal for all those one to one meetings or interviews. The room is fully air conditioned with wireless internet connection.
